At ABIS Proteins Pvt. Ltd., we take great care in ensuring every order is fresh, hygienically packed, and accurately fulfilled. As our products are perishable food items (fresh chicken, eggs, and meat), our policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of the goods.
Replacement Policy
As our products are perishable in nature, returns are not accepted.
In case a customer receives a spoiled or rotten product, a replacement may be provided after verification, subject to product availability at the same store/location.
Customers are requested to report such issues promptly with order details and supporting images if required.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not applicable for delivered perishable products.
Refund requests due to delivery delays caused by stock availability, sourcing timelines, transportation issues, weather conditions, or operational/environmental exigencies shall not be accepted.
Any exceptional cases will be reviewed solely at the discretion of ABIS Proteins Pvt. Ltd. management.
Refunds, if exceptionally approved, shall be processed only through the original payment method within reasonable timelines.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
Once the order is processed, packed, or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders delayed due to stock availability, sourcing delays, transportation issues, weather conditions, or other operational/environmental exigencies shall not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.
ABIS Proteins Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational limitations, stock unavailability, suspicious transactions, or payment-related issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Fresh and perishable products (chicken, eggs, meat) once delivered and accepted cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Items purchased during promotional or discount sales are non-refundable unless defective.
